Dr. Radon Dhelika is an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Universitas Indonesia. His research centers on the recycling of e-waste, with an emphasis on waste printed circuit boards (PCBs) and EV batteries. With a multidisciplinary background spanning electrical and mechanical engineering, his work focuses on the electro-mechanical aspects of recycling processes, including component detection, material sorting, and process design. Dr. Dhelika has been actively involved in numerous e-waste studies in Indonesia in collaboration with government and industry partners, such as the policy framework for EV battery management and the development of electric motorcycle refurbishment workshops. His research aims to bridge engineering innovation with sustainable resource recovery, advancing Indonesia’s transition toward a circular economy.
